He was appointed district chairman of the Ghana Nurses and Midwives Association (GRNMA). He was also a district Clinical coordinator with Ghana Health Service, where he collaborated with NGOs and stakeholders under GHS and community opinion leaders to facilitate community health and development. He organized and spearheaded the construction of several health facilities in some communities in the Karaga District of the Northern Region to ease easy access to health facilities by rural clients.
He was adjudged the best nurse in Tamale Metropolis, 2023

Ministry Information: Rev. Seth is the founder of the Northern Online School of Evangelism (NOSoE), where he periodically teaches, coaches, and counsels the youth on practical evangelism. He is also a country Evangelical coordinator for the Christian Reform Church (CRC)-GH. He is also a key stakeholder in the Discipleship and Mission Alliance (DiMA) Ministry, whose mandate is to train church leaders across the northern sector of Ghana. He worships at the Central Assemblies of God Church, Tamale.
